ABOUT HEARTBREATH

Heartbreath, a conscious connected breath, is about breathing into the heartspace focusing on flooding the body with energy to elevate the vibrations of Prana, our life force, in order to help access and release blocked emotions, relieve stress, as well as detox the body.

HOW IT WORKS

The body is flooded with Breath(Prana, Life Force), which penetrates deep into our body’s makeup.  The breath dives into our muscles, bones and fibers creating open pathways allowing stored or blocked emotions to rise to the surface and be released into the universe.
